Arbutin

Skin Whitener | Arbutin Cream

Arbutin is a natural skin whitening agent that is an inhibitor of tyrosinase

Alpha form of arbutin has been found to be a stronger inhibitor than the arbutin. A-arbutin 4% can even curb the action of tyrosinase in low concentration. The inhibitory method of a-arbutin is different from the inhibitory mechanism of arbutin. And also, intensity of a-arbutin is 10 times more than that of arbutin. Alpha arbutin serum is also sold in various forms including alpha arbutin ultra whitening serum. It is formed by mixing the best skin whitening element, alpha arbutin. Alpha arbutin ultra whitening serum is an excellent mixture of oils, natural agents and vitamins. These ingredients act as a perfect means that helps in making skin even, smoothing the skin and providing a healthy tone to skin. Alpha arbutin serum is perfect for lightening the skin tone by fighting against dark skin, discoloration, spots, sun exposure, freckles and pigmentation. This serum is prepared to stop the production of melanin and even the skin tone. You can start noticing its effects from the very first day of its usage.

Arbutin is a natural skin whitening agent that is an inhibitor of tyrosinase. Tyrosinase is the enzyme causing darkening of skin. Arbutin deactivates the tyrosinase by constituting with its important copper ion. It behaves as a reducing agent on the intermediates of melanin and blocks the oxidation chain at many points from tyrosine to melanin. Arbutin is a whitening and skin de-pigmentation agent that is derived from the small evergreen bush known as bearberry. It is formed by a liquid or solid extraction which is an environment friendly process.

Arbutin is available in two forms. One is alpha form and other is its beta version. Both of these are inhibitors of tyrosinase. Efficacy and steadiness are the features that are more in the alpha version of arbutin resulting in more efficient and faster effect in lightening the skin, falling age spots called as liver spots and also in reducing tanning of skin caused by UV exposure. Alpha arbutin which is 4-hydroxphenyl-a-D-glucopyranoside is a-glucoside in structure whereas beta arbutin is a b-glucoside.

Arbutin is a substance that provides protection to the skin against any of the damage resulting from free radicals. Arbutin is most popular in Asian countries and Japan as a skin whitening and skin de-pigmentation agent. By curbing tyrosinase action, arbutin inhibits the production of melanin pigment. In alpha arbutin serum, 4 percent of arbutin is used. Various skin lightening serums are epimer of a-arbutin.

lightening of iris any way possible?
for peolpe who are going to tell me that eye color is strictly controlled by genetics i don’t need your help thank you for offering.

i know that eye color is controlled by genetics but also by the amount of pigment- melenin on the eyes. is there anyway to reduce the amount of pigment in the eyes?

im not asking to change my eyes frm brown to blue.
but from brown to light brown- brown to golden brown- brown to hazel?

i’ve heard of herbal iris but can’t find it anywhere.
i’ve also heard you could mix Arbutin powder with glaucoma eye drops and it will gradually lighten the color over months.

since arbutin is a natural lightener made from pear skins will i hurt the eyes?

is there anything possible to lighten eye color?
what about extensively detoxing the eyes. I’ve done this before with the patches and i saw some clearity making them brighter and a little lighter but i mean as detoxified as possible.
how would i detox my eyes?
    i’ve also heard honey…
are there any herbs or homeopathic ways to detox or lighten?

    • Footprintz says:

There are no known products, natural or otherwise that can do that.

It has been a bad side effect from one type of glaucoma drops, in a few cases.

Herbal Iris was making fraudulent claims, which is why it can’t be found anywhere anymore.

The thing with the glaucoma drops, is that unless you have glaucoma…no one will prescribe them. They could cause some serious problems.

I find it so strange, after almost 39 years in practice, not one person has ever asked me about changing the eye color, but in this forum, there is one or two almost every day.

What is the strange fascination with eye color and problem with the natural eye color you were born with ?

can you mix arbutin powder with any eye drops to depigment your eyes?
will it have any side effects, where do you get it, how much is it, how many to put in a day and do i have to continue doing it after it changes colour any answers wll be accepted
iris colour and someone and yahoo answers said that btw it is extracted from a berry
for the eyes to get a different colour-green
can you do the same thing but add the arbutin powder to water

    • vox24 says:

I’ve never hear of any such thing. If you want to change your eye color the best you can do is contact lenses.
I think its unhealthy for someone to want a different eye color to begin with.

Which list of ingredients is more potent for a skin lightening cream/serum?
I have pretty bad acne scars and I’ve had these same scars for a while now. They are dark brown and I recently started looking into natural skin lightening creams to try to even my skin tone. I came across these two creams and theses are the ingredients in each of them. I’d like to know which cream has more potential to lighten my scars. Which one is stronger based on the ingredients?

List (A): Kojic 4%, alpha arbutin 2%, ascorbic acid 5%, Aloe barbadensis (Aloe) Juice, Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Emulsifying Wax NF, Palm Stearic Acid, Vitis vinifera (Grapeseed) Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Xanthan Gum (Polysaccharide Gum), Mannan, Tetrasodium EDTA, Citric Acid.

List (B): Organic Herbal Infusion, Organic Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Aloe Vera), Hyaluronic Acid, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel), Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Organic Ganoderma Lucidum (Kojic Acid), Organic Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba Oil), Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Fruit Extract, Actinidia Chinensis (Kiwi) Fruit Extract, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Fragaria Vesca (Strawberry) Fruit Extract. (Glycolic Acids), Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, (L-Arginine (Amino Acid), Organic Salix Lucida (Salicylic Acid), Organic Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice), Organic Melissa Officinalis (Lemon Balm), Organic Panax Ginseng (Chinese Ginseng), Organic Pimpinella Anisum (Anise), Organic Armoracia Rusticana (Horseradish), Organic Schisandra Chinensis (Schisandra), Organic Joeniculum Vulgare (Fennel), Melissa Officinalis (Melissa Essential Oil), Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Phenoxyethanol (preservative).

    • Jessica says:

List B is the better way to go, It has lots of AHA,s (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) which help with regeneration of new skin cells by eating away at the dead ones, also it has lemon in it which is a natural lightening product, and also vit A which is great also.
I would also suggest you look into getting mcrodermabrasion done, its a none invasive deep exfoliation used with a machine and its great for getting rid of acne scarring and hyperpigmentation.

P.s if you want to know which ingredients are n the product more just look at the order they are written, the first ingredient is the one with the most n it , for example List B has mostly aloe vera in it.

Does anyone know about this Iris lightener drops made out of natural ingredients?
I found these drops that lighten the color of your iris gradually. It is a combination of 2 types of drops, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) which is made out of distilled water and the Iris lightener solution which contains 10% Alpha-Arbutin and 90% distilled water. The MSM drops softens the eye tissue to allow the lightening drops to pass through and lighten the iris, the lightening solution will not work by itself. These drops also claim to equalize pressure, repair damaged membranes, help remove floaters, treat cataracts and glaucoma and improve visual acuity. As for the lightener solution, alpha-arbutin is often used to lighten the skin. It is a natural ingredient found in some fruits and in the dried leaves of different plants including bearberry. I have found that it has no significant side effects or damage as for the skin, but I couldn’t find anything about this ingredient for the eyes.

They say it is a sterile and natural product, but I would like to know if any of these drops and ingredients could damage the vision at any level.

I want to lighten my skin. Please help?
I am becoming really obsessed with getting a lighter skin tone. DON”T SAY I AM SELF HATING!!!!! I honestly just think I would look better and my features would stand out with lighter skin. I am trying to lighten anywhere from 4-5 shades and have my body even all over (btw, I am dark skinned). There are so many products to choose from though, so I have no idea which ones are safe. I wish I could buy Meladerm, but I am only 15 and I really don’t have that kind of money.

Has anyone ever tried Kojie San soap or Sw+ss Glutathione Soap or Likas Papaya soap? What were your results? Are there any other SAFE lightening products that you like and that actually worked?

DO NOT SAY LEMON, ORANGE, OR LIME. THEY DO NOT WORK FOR ME!!

    What are the steps?
WHat do you do to maintain your lightened shade?

Do you think mixing the following ingredients would lighten my skin:
    Alpha Arbutin
    Licorice Extract
    Bearberry Extract
    Kojic Acid
    Vitamin B3
    Glycolic/Lactic Acid
    Vitamin C

ALSO!! Does anyone know where I can find EXTRAPONE NUTGRASS ROOT EXTRACT.
I heard it is a great lightener!

And for those of you saying “Be happy with your skin tone” and “Dark skin is gorgeous blah blah blah”, I don’t really care and don’t want to hear that! I just want a good answer PLEASE! If tanning is accepted than lightening is too! I will accept my skin tone when ever girl who tans stops tanning completely and accepts hers.
Oh please. Shut up….If you don’t want to answer with a good one, then don’t even bother. No… I DON’T HAVE A MENTAL DISORDER.

    • Myblueappleis says:

I recommend you DON’T lighten your skin. My friend did that using some sort of lotion(foreign product) and her skin became super sensitive, she began getting those dark circle things old people are suppose to get on their skin and veins looked darker. She had to stop using it. I know you really want lighter skin but your skin is a dark tone for a reason. I guess you can say it’s your body’s natural sun screen. Also people with lighter skin age faster. You are still a very young lady. Don’t ruin your skin. Remember:
      HEALTH IS BEAUTY!!!

How much skin bleach is bad for you?
I use to have really bad acne and my skin has red/dark spots here and there that I want to get rid of. I ordered some of this stuff from ebay that contains Arbutin:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/ebayisapi.dll?vie

Looks promising, but wikipedia claims that Arbutin may carry a cancer risk. What I want to know is if I would be able to apply this cream to cover my entire face overnight or would that be over doing it? Is it just too risky? If so, what would be tghe most effective, safe skin bleaching product I can get? Thanks.
I haven’t actually started using the stuff. I just bought it. Didn’t know lemon juice could do the same, I shall give it a try. Oh, and i’m not sure that that link still works, so just ignore it if it doesn’t.

    • Jens says:

Use lemon juice, it takes time, but I remember getting pretty light with it. The problem is that when summer comes back I get tanned all over again, so if you’re looking for permanant results, you might want to look into laser resurfacing (which can lighten dark spots but not the entire face). Don’t go with skin products that contain hydroquinone. They must be used indefinitely and discontinued use could leave your skin looking dark in an unnatural way.

    Benzyl-Arbutin skin whitening?
Can anybdy say what percentage of Benzyl-Arbutin is needed for Asian-Indian ethinticity colour, 5%, 10% or lesser, 20% n above changes to pale white, i kno this stuff really works, (and monobenzone is a micheal jackson drug, i dont want it), plz say Benzyl-Arbutin percentages (a good dermatologist or a chemist can say properly)

    • coolbirdocean says:

Surely. Its best to use benzyl-arbutin 5% in order to gain the fair complextion that you desire. of course, anything from 20% or above (including the use of monobenzone) will turn your skin white, but not pale. You’ll look as if you were born a white person. The only way you could get pale is if you kept using it even after you attained the complextion you wanted. if you have any questions you can ask me on my AIM screenname, since i dont use my yahoo much…..its jammixmaster

Victorian women used to keep their skin really pale. They stayed out of all sun and bled themselves with leaches. I don’t think you would want to do that…. But eating non-healthy food without oils will make your skin lighter and wearing a lot of sun screen?? I have done this before…my skin is really light because i stay out of the sun. THE DOWN SIDE: When you go out into the sun for longer periods of time than you are used to, you can get a sun burn :P

Think about it for a minute. For one, “natural” is defined as….having different parents that give you genes for light eyes. For another, do not put anything in your eye unless you want to permanantly damage your cornea and get a cornea transplant.
If you want lighter eyes, get colored contact lenses.

I have honestly never heard of iris lightening. But to be perfectly honest with you, I find dark brown eyes very striking. • Anonymous says:

Yeah, u simply google “MSM” and find the product on Amazon. but I read a lot about it, and it seems u should use is the MSM flakes, it is more potient than the power, and combine that wit Alpha- Arbutin, I have a medium brown eye color myself but I want a hazel to straight green color but to prepare this just go to your local store and buy a bottle of visine, (empty it out), and why ur at the store pick up some distilled water (this will be the base for the solution, and usually baby water is distilled so u may be able to find it in the baby section depending on the store u shop at), and once you have ur MSM and distilled water, only heat (not boil) 10 tablespoons of distilled water, and about 1 teaspoon of MSM flakes, (imma use 1 1/2 teaspoons for mines tho) but only heat it enuff to where it can disolve the MSM flakes.. Dont over do it, to where this may make the MSM less potient, but after it completely disolves in the warm water, put it in ur empty visine bottle, allow to cool back down to room temp, and do a drop in each eye every hour u are awake, and put one drop of Alpha-Arbutin serum in each eye as well..and u can find the Alpha -Arbutin serum buy simply typing it into googles search engine. if u see a brownesh clear bottle then thats the right one. I think it’s only like 14 or 15 dollars, but I’m ordering mine this weekend when I get paid, This will be my 1st time doing this, but Im goin in! u goin in wit me?! haha! everything in both these ingredients (MSM, Alpha-Arbutin) is all natural so I’m really not worried about any crazy side effects, both of these stop melinan and decrease melinan in the skin. (melinan levels determines a persons eye color, me and u have more melinan than people with gray, blue, and green eyes) Our body actually destroys melinan on a monthly basis buy itself anywayz, but the down side to that is that it also regenerates itself too. These all natural products that reduce and stops the melinan from regenerating where ever u apply them to.. eyes, skin, etc, and from what Ive read on plenty of forums, is actually is a permant change so who knows, once we get the eye color we want, they may stay that way for years to come, but I say fuck a optometrist all they gonna tell you is, you shouldn’t do it, not even knowing these products are all natural anyways, and our body either already produces these ingredients on its own or we ingest them thru our daily meals or diets.. and even if he knew this he would tell u not to do it because he would want u buy a pair of “colored contacts” from his store. (I’ve always hated people who whore those, they instantly look fake, if u ask me they shudda never even invented those poor excuses for having color eyes, they look ultra tacky)

1.) 10 TABLEspoons of distilled water (baby water)

2.) Heat distilled water enuff for MSM FLAKES to dissolve. (it dosent matter if its stove top or microwave just make sure the water isn’t over heated).

3.) Once heated, poor your 1 to 1/2 TEAspoons of MSM FLAKES into the heated water and stir until dissolved.

4.) Put mixture in empty visine bottle.

5.) Let cool back down to room temp. After that just use accordingly :D

(I don’t claim to be a any doctor just sharing very thorough info, I found regarding this subject, In fact this will be my 1st time using it as well, everything is all natural so it can’t be that bad considering this can dramatically lighten ur eye color…A very small chance to take for such big results.)

6.) Last but not least use on drop of Alpha-Arbutin about 10 to 20 secs after uve used ur MSM drops do both of these every hour ur awake. Or if u can’t do it that much, do 2 drops of each every 2 hours.

Usage: 1 drop every hour ur awake (Or 2 drops every 2 hours if u can’t do it that frequently) followed by one drop of Alpha-Arbutin (Or 2 drops of Alpha-Arbutin every 2 hours w/your MSM drops)

NOTE: Do not mix Alpha-Arbutin with ur MSM drops, this is used as a separate drop right after u use your MSM drops, do both of these every hour/ 2 hours everyday until u reach ur desired color.. B)

Word of advice before you start any other skin whitenings- don’t see this as something you “need” to do, see it as just a little touch up.

I am almost white as a ghost naturally, and everyone is always telling me to get a tan. Being whiter makes you look chubbier, makes cellulite more noticeable, and makes you look Gothic in any dark clothing. Being “fair” isn’t all its cracked up to be. So just remember this, the grass is always greener on the other side.

If you really want to go through with this, I would try some home remedies to whiten the skin. Certain home made packs and remedies are really helpful in giving you a lighter and whiter complexion.

      1. Dry orange peels in sun. When they are fully dried, grind them in a mixture and make powder. Add raw milk to it, make a paste and apply it on your skin everyday. Rinse it off with lukewarm water when dries. It’s tested pack for skin whitening.

      2. Take sandalwood powder, add lemon juice, tomato juice, cucumber juice to it, make a paste and apply on the skin till it dries to get a brighter, lighter and even skin tone.

      3. Gram flour has whitening agents to it. Take 2 spoonfuls of gram flour; add a pinch of turmeric to it, few drops of lemon juice and few drops of milk cream. Make it a paste and apply on the skin. When it dries scrub it off. It can be applied all over the body everyday.

      4. Soak almonds in water overnight. Peel them off in the morning. Make a paste and add honey to it. Apply it on face and scrub it off when dries to make skin whiter and glowing.

      5. Potatoes have bleaching agents in them their juice is quite helpful in giving an even skin tone. Reduce pigmentation and blemishes. It can be applied on the skin everyday to get it whiter.

      Our Special Ingredients:

      1. L-glutathione
(L-Cysteine, L-Glutamic Acid, Glycine) This biologically active sulfur amino acid tripeptide compound, L-glutathione, is normally produced and found in the body acting as a “Master Anti-oxidant”, countering the effects of pollution in our everyday environment. The harmful substances that can be found in the very air we breathe, the water we drink, and the different chemicals in our food in fact degenerates and damages our cells and our internal system.

L-glutathione also known as reduced glutathione is a potent compound that enables cellular repair and helps the body recover from everyday pollutants. Unfortunately glutathione levels in the body decreases as a person grows older. Glutathione in its reduced form is found to be more effective in prevention and regeneration of ultraviolet radiation-induced skin damage. In increase dosages, L-glutathione in fact whitens and lightens the skin. Without the protection of glutathione, cells die faster, resulting to premature aging and increase the risk for toxin induced diseases.

      2. Vitamin C

Vitamin C maximizes the anti-oxidant effects of l-glutathione. It inhibits melanin production preventing the development of dark skin pigmentations.

      3. Grapeseed extract
The preferred cosmetic ingredient, grapeseed oil, possesses regenerative and restructuring qualities for damaged and stress tissues, allowing better control in moisturizing skin. Grapeseed extract is known to reduce stretch marks and also in repairing the skin around the eyes.

      4. Rosehip seed oil
This pressed seed oil contains retinol (Vitamin A) and is rich in the essential fatty acids linoleic acid or omega-3, and linolenic acid or omega-6. It is commonly used in cosmetic products for different skin conditions such as acne and sun burnt skin.

      5. Vitamin E
Plays an important role in skin healing and reduction of scars from injuries and burns. Together with L-glutathione, Vitamin E indeed lightens the skin.

      6.Alpha Lipoic Acid
Described as the “universal”, “ideal”, and “metabolic” antioxidant, Alpha lipoic acid neutralizes free radicals in the watery and fatty regions of the cell complimenting the effects of Vitamin C and Vitamin E.

Is it safe for black people to use Arbutin Cream?
I have scars on my leg and i hear it will help but I don’t want my skin to turn white.

    • Chef Quiet says:

It won’t, I’ve used fade creams before for scars and it will lighten that scar until it is around your skin color, then you would have no use for it anymore. But most fade creams are targeted toward black people because for some reason we all supposedly bleach our skin…Don’t ask I don’t get it either. But you will be fine, I’ve never turned white or anything. Just make sure you also where sunblock because it can darken the skin again.

Sounds like marketing garbage to me. Carrots don’t contain those things either, so you could label a bag of carrots “Be safe in the knowledge that our carrots are 100% Hydroquinone, Arbutin, Mercury and Kojic Acid free.”

Glutathione is produced inside your body, where it has important metabolic functions.

This soap is supposed to be a skin lightener, and many skin lighteners contain those evil chemicals. There are international scandals about this. So the claim is a reasonable one, as far as it goes. You can try it.

The stuff makes your skin peel, which seems to make your skin lighter. But your skin colour is determined by the amount of melanin you produce. Fortunately, you don’t absorb a heck of a lot through the skin when you smear stuff on it.

Suggestion: buy any kind of soap you like. Soap is soap. Stop messing about with the colour of your skin.

With the exception of the jojoba oil, bees wax and rose water… nothing else is what I’d consider ‘great’. I’d call the marine collagen, ‘aight’, I suppose.

But, we do what we have to do… and we use what’s available. LOL

Personally, I might be more concerned with the Petrolatum, but that could be due to my strong dislike for anything in that family – mostly because modern science has proven it to be not nearly as ‘wonderful’ as it was once thought to be. Yet, we conitnue to put it in Eh.Ver.E.Thing!

Oddly, though, I think I know what this product is… and it seems ‘aight’. LOL
      Good Luck to ya!

I’m obsessed with my skin colour…?
I’m a black female,.. I wouldn’t say overly dark compared to some other black people but around Gabrielle Unions colour,. maybe slightly lighter. I have a major obsession with skin colour. I wish I didnt, and I wish I didnt think the way I do.. but everything around me in society proves my thoughts to be right. Now I know the whole reason that I think the way I do is because I’ve bought too much into what society considers to be ‘beautiful’ or not. I know I shouldn’t care, and I should ‘love and be proud of my colour’.. but why should I be,.. when the majority of the world looks down on it? Even my own race are searching for lighter mates,.. children etc.. My whole life I’ve been predominantly surrounded by white people.. in school and in the area i live. Saying that, I never used to have any problems with my colour throughout school. Infact, I embraced it. I was one of 2 black girls in my year and I was very popular. The white kids would comment and say that I was ‘beautiful’ or that I was ‘soo cool’. Now that I think of it, I presume it was just because it was different to them. They wernt around many black people.Infact, many of them being very naive… touching my hair one day to be confused at why it felt so rough textured compared to theirs.. and why it was ‘greasy’. I felt like I had to live up to this ‘cool’ image. I never had a boyfriend like the other kids until I fully worked my image up enough and guys became curious. Saying that, my high school bf and I were together for 4 years after that. He was Turkish Cypriot (and very popular). I don’t think he really saw my skin as an issue until I ran into his parents. OMG.Lets just say I never heard so much verbal abuse in my regarding my skin colour. I heard all sorts of things,.. why dnt you go back to Africa and f^%^ the monkeys (from his mother)…gollywog. she couldnt stand me and she didnt want him to be with me. After that relationship, in college I fell inlove with an Albanian guy. We’v been together for almost 6 years,.. but his parents will NOT accept it. his mother thinks my colour is disgusting and she wont even consider getting to know me. I’m not 2 worried about her as she’l never change. Il love and il be with whoever I want to be with regardless. But EVERYONE in society is exactly the same. Even some of my closest friends have said to me,.. ‘I’m not racist at all.’.. but in the same breath they’ll say stupid things to me like,..’atleast ur not that dark. some black people are just too dark and its just ugly.look like monkeys.’ n im thinking,.. what the hell?? or many MANY guys,.. EVEN black guys are like, ‘yeah,.. you’re about the darkest I’d go with a girl. No darker than that.’ Same things on many online forums/discussion boards. And iv noticed the difference in the way people/guys respond to me when I have a tan. I just feel so disgusting. And I now obsess over it. I’m just desperate to be lighter. I’l do anything. Its so easy for people to say be happy with ur colour, so then why put it down? Even black people who claim to be proud to be black,.. then why wear hair weaves and/or hair pieces to make your hair more european/indian looking? Why relax your hair? If you do, then you do.. heck,.. so do I,.. BUT then how can you be proud to be black? Its driving me craazzy! Ive even been obsessing over Lil Kim who’s skin colour is now how I want mine to be. And its true, her features (minus the surgery) look so much better with her lighter skin. Check her on dancing with the starz. And I always look and feel soo much prettier when I have lighter skin. Is there a permanent way to achieve this?? (I know all about hydroquinone, glutathione, alpha arbutin, mequinol, monobenzone,..) but mayb some advice on the most effective for all over body lightening. (NOT whitening) …I think everybody would want to attain Beyonce’s colour. Even Beyonce doesnt look as good when she’s really dark tanned.

in am mostly native american indian. i am also part white and a little black mixed in there . i have a problem with my color also. i look white to most people. my hair was nearly silver when i was born and my skin was do to a genetic problem nearly bluish white, my hair darkened to dark auburn as i grew older and my eyes are green with a sulfur yellow center. i have strictly native features, most people think i look weird. i hate looking white. it is an insult to me. mostly because a distant grandmother was raped by a vicious white man hired by the white government to murder as many Cherokee women and children as he and his gang of scum could. since that happened every generation in my mothers family has a female that looks like me.
my father’s mother Apache suffered the same fate and got pregnant with him. i never got to meet him but he looked pure indian, at least he did not have to look like one of them.

black and brown are not as ugly as white. epically if you have the features of your own race.

IT is sad that black people in this country hae been robed of their tribal indent. you have no idea of your right to be proud of your ancestors. like natives here your people most likely lived in harm any with the earth and did not dis troy their endowment. all whites do is ruin everything the touch.

their beauty lied not only with their appearance but with the wisdom they held dear. and their ability to thrive and a harsh environment. the creator endowed the black race with the most marvelous hair of all mankind. a built in air conditioner for the brain and other organs. so in its function it is a Beautiful gift. as well as attractive. i have seen people in the south who are so black their skin sparkles . it is Beautiful.

the anglos and Arin’s try to dehumanize people of color and make us feel inferior to them. but we are not. it is just their way of trying to buffer what little bit of conscious they poses. it seems to work on some.
i am sorry it has worked on you and others like you. i am old and have fi anally come to realize that your true beauty is who you are inside. and weather you are white black brown or yellow short tall fat or skinny you are Beautiful if not to man but to the Creator his master peaces of flesh and blood. and you can not love others unless you love your Creator first then yourself.

you do not have to look like the so called Superior white man to be of beauty and importance. you are that anyway and no one is better than the next. please think about that. and never be ashamed of who and what you are. let those who ridicule you for being dark skinned be ashamed of their ancestors and themselves and hold your head high and be a black woman. you do not have to apologize for your complexion to anyone .

    • Nobody Really says:

if you’re naturally tan, then there is no way you can achieve porcelain skin without causing serious harm to your body. I’m VERY pale, but have a lot of freckles and acne scars show up a lot worse on my skin because it’s so light, so I wash my face with lemon juice about once every week or two to bleach them out. Don’t do this if you have sensitive skin though, I have a fairly high pain tolerance and sometimes it can burn quite badly if you have even a small open sore on your face, it also dries your skin quite a bit so you should only leave it on for a little while (I have extremely oily skin so I put it on my face at night then wash it off in the morning)
I’ve also heard of washing your face with cream or something, I’m not sure if that works.

In the Victorian Era, women used to get bled so they could achieve a paler complexion, I wouldn’t recommend that, but you could follow some of the other things they did, cover yourself when you go outdoors and do your best to stay in the shade (they used a parasol, but I doubt you would be willing to do that)

      Hope this helps~
